When considering your budget allocation for VegetableXchange, you will initially select a Sales Meeting Package based on a specific number of Vegetable Growers you would like to meet.
Open time is also provided throughout the 3-day event to accommodate participants that wish to expand their meeting times.

Package includes:
- Private suite for meetings (includes attached master bedroom)
- One complete meal package for lead attendee
- Pre-event communication with growers via secure Xtranet (3-4 weeks prior to on-site meetings)

Additional meal packages and rooms are the expense of the vendor.
